2018 REUNION SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
1200-2300 Hospitality Room is open (Junior
Ballroom) for registration and
socializing.
1830 Opening Ceremony (Junior Ballroom) with
Color Guard and Pledge of Allegiance. Spaghetti
Buffet Dinner will follow immediately (with a cash bar).
Thursday, May 3rd
0600-1000 Breakfast available
in "Houlihan’s”. Breakfast buffet is just $12 (tax included)!
0800-2300 Hospitality
Room (Junior Ballroom) is open.

Today is a FREE DAY with no
scheduled tour! Maybe a day trip to DC or to the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Air
and Space Museum near Dulles. Both can
easily be accessed via a combination of hotel shuttle, local bus and the
METRO at very reasonable prices compared to dealing with traffic and parking availability/prices.
1700 Cash Bar Happy Hour in the Hospitality
Room!!!
Friday, May 4th
0600-1000 Breakfast available
in "Houlihan’s”. Breakfast buffet is just $12 (tax included)!
0700-2300* Hospitality
Room (Junior Ballroom) is open.
0800 Motor Coach Tour to Quantico, VA
(Marine Corps National Museum, Base Tour, lunch with the troops and a martial
arts demonstration).
Also,
a Winery tour and tasting.
Depending
on traffic we hope to be back at the hotel by 1730! Tour departs at 0800 SHARP!
1830 Friday Night Pizza Party in the
Hospitality Room with a cash bar.
2000(ABT) Annual Auction in the Hospitality Room.
Saturday, May 5th
0700-1200 Breakfast available
in "Houlihan’s”. Breakfast buffet is just $12 (tax included)!
0900-1000 Association Annual
Business Meeting for all
shipmates in the Hospitality Room.
1000(ABT) Hospitality
Room is open to all after the business meeting.
1000-1700 Free time!
1700-1800 Happy Hour (exact location to be
determined!)
1800** Doors open for Banquet seating in the "Grand Ballroom".
1815 All seated - Banquet Memorial Ceremony
1830-2200 Annual
Saturday Night Banquet in the
"Grand Ballroom" w/ buffet dinner and cash bar.
2200-2400 Hospitality Room open for socializing
and pack out. Closes and is empty @ 2400!
Sunday, May 6th
0700-1100 Breakfast
available in "Houlihan’s”. Breakfast buffet is just $12 (tax included)! Gather
for breakfast, socializing and good-bye hugs with friends.

Hospitality Room may be closed during tour and will reopen when the tour
ends.
** Hospitality room is closed during the
Banquet.
